Historic Model Railroad club pulls into the library

KALKASKA – There is something magical about model train displays. At least 3-year old Luke Scott thought so, as he could not take his eyes off of the display set up last week at the Kalkaska County Library.
The Roscommon Historic Model Railroad Club visited the library on Wednesday, Dec. 6 for an event about the history of railroads.
“Railroads, logging, local history – that’s Kalkaska stuff. We got a lot of positive feedback,” commented library director John Roberts.
