Ingersoll repeats as All-Ski Valley first-team pick

REGION — Forest Area senior Chase Ingersoll was among three players to repeat as first-team selections to the All-Ski Valley Conference boys basketball team, which were announced recently.

Ingersoll, who set the school’s all-time scoring record this season, joined repeat picks Blake Cassidy from Pellston and Brady Hunter from Gaylord St. Mary on the seven-player first team.

Mancelona’s Jayden Alfred also was part of the first team after earning second-team honors as a sophomore. The other first team nods went to Gaylord St. Mary’s Alex Pudvan, Inland Lakes’ Nathaniel Wandrie and Onaway’s Jager Mix.
