Village set to host sixth annual Kalkaska Street Festival Aug. 11-13
KALKASKA – Kalkaska village officials and members of the Kiwanis Club of Kalkaska are busy preparing for a three-day community celebration, the sixth annual Kalkaska Street Festival, on Friday through Sunday, Aug. 11-13.
The weekend festival will again be held at Railroad Square on Maple Street, just a block off Cedar Street and behind the Trout Monument and Kalkaska County Historical Museum in downtown Kalkaska.
The celebration is slated to get underway with the Free Family Picnic & Community Concert at 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11.
