The 12th annual Wooden Shoe Festival is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13 at the Banks Township Hall in Ellsworth. Enjoy fun with friends and neighbors. The event will include: Ceremonial Lighting of the Community Tree, caroling, a pizza dinner, cookies with “Grinch Punch” and a hot chocolate bar, “Make and Take” ornament session, Pine Lake Winds concert and a visit from “Twister Joe.”
