Blazers softball sweeps Petoskey at home

KALKASKA – The Kalkaska softball team completed a doubleheader sweep of visiting Petoskey on Monday thanks to strong pitching and some timely hitting.

Makenzie Wilkinson helped lead the way for the Blazers (6-2 overall) by giving up just one run on six hits over six innings, while also fanning two in a 3-1 win in the nightcap against Petoskey.
