Central Lake Window Night
The Central Lake Chamber of Commerce is having its annual Window Night on Wednesday, Dec. 7 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Shopping is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and there will be sales at each location. At 5:30 p.m. Santa arrives and the tree lighting is at 5:30 p.m. At 5:45 p.m. Santa visits will begin at the pavilion and free gifts will be given out free courtesy of Bachmann’s. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. there will be marshmallow roasting and bonfire at the pavilion and hot chocolate and cider will be served courtesy of Relay for Life and King Orchards. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Santa’s reindeers will be at Sage Park courtesy of the Central Lake Lions Club. The Cleo Foundation award at the new Village offices will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Once again the Mitten Tree will be available at the Central Lake Pharmacy so please help others by donating mittens, socks, hats and gloves to place on the tree. The Book Cottage will be participating in Window Night and will be open for shopping and gifts from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with hot chocolate and cookies, free children’s books, book bags or ornaments will be given out while supplies last. There will also be fire truck rides throughout the evening.
