REGION — With approximately 60 percent of Antrim County's population now vaccinated against COVID-19, and only seven new cases diagnosed in the last 10 days, with no deaths, life is slowly returning to normal for Antrim County Emergency Management Director Leslie Meyers for the first time in more than a year.
