Second half decides Ellsworth-Bellaire boys basketball battle

ELLSWORTH — One team was a veteran unit with four returning starters.

The other was a youthful squad starting three freshmen.

For one half it was hard to tell one from the other.

But the second half decided Thursday’s Ellsworth-Bellaire boys basketball game, where the experienced Lancers overcame the young Eagles’ first-half charge to take a 70-52 win.
