A blood drive is being co-hosted by Elk Rapids Rotary and Elk Rapids High School on Friday, April 23 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Elk Rapids Government Center at 315 Bridge Street. Join the Elk Rapids Rotary and the Elk Rapids High School National Honor Society in the council chambers.
The Open Door Christian Coffee House will host gospel music on Saturday, April 17 at 7 p.m. at the Lighthouse Missionary Church, 7824 Rogers Road, East Jordan. Mary Ann Garza will be performing. The Alden District Library will be having a book sale starting Thursday April 15 thru Saturday, April 17 at the Helena Township Community Center, 8751 Helena Road, Alden. Times are Thursday noon to 4 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
