Art on Thursdays: Painting in Nature
On Thursday, June 22 at 1 p.m. Grass River Natural Area will be having Arts on Thursdays: Painting in Nature. Everywhere you look at Grass River Natural Area you see patterns. They are the spots on a fawn’s back, the scales on snakes and fish, and the lacy fronds of a fern. Using a variety of watercolor media, the class will create paintings that capture the beauty of natural patterns. Materials are provided, but you may bring your own. Cost is $10 per person. Grass River Natural Area is located at 6500 Alden Highway, Bellaire.
