Bath School Massacre of 1927
On Sunday, Jan. 16 at 2 p.m. come and listen to Bath School Massacre of 1927 by George Robson. This event is free of charge. Learn the history of the oldest and deadliest school bombing in the U.S. Robson’s parents were both in the school at the time of the bombing which killed 38 children and 6 adults. Included in the presentation will be a photographic remembrance of this horrific tragedy which has almost been forgotten. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Alden District Library.
