Candidate profiles

There are two candidates running for an open seat on Kalkaska Public Schools’ school board and four candidates running for three Village of Kalkaska trustee seats in the upcoming general election. Candidates in these contested races were given an opportunity to submit short profiles on their backgrounds, why they are running, and the issues they prioritize. Election day is Nov. 3.
