Bell ringers from Elk Rapids Rotary and Elk Rapids Lions Club will be collecting money for The Salvation Army of Petoskey on Friday, July 3 from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the Village Market in Elk Rapids. The Christmas in July event is to provide financial relief to many people struggling from COVID-19 closures.
