Christmas Lightness and Light Program

The public is invited to attend “Christmas Lightness and Light” a program of secular and sacred holiday music presented at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8 also at 4 p.m. The first concert will be at the First Presbyterian Church in Elk Rapids and the second concert will be held at Church in the Hills in Bellaire. This is a combined choir of area singers directed by Dorothy Clore and Cheryl Knight. The free will offering collected in Elk Rapids benefits the Michigan non-profits. The offering in Bellaire benefits the Antrim Community Choir’s music scholarship program. Highlights of the program include performances by a scholarship winner, small ensembles and instrumentalists. Steve Stargardt accompanies on the piano.
