Diabetes Undone

Join us on Monday, Jan. 20 at 6 p.m. at the Central Lake Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2424 Green Street in Central Lake for Diabetes Undone. This is eight sessions that will be run weekly on Mondays through February 12. One in three Americans has diabetes or prediabetes. That doesn’t have to be your story. There will be a free participant kit that includes inspiring wellness talks, expert advice, group support, cooking demos, diabetes undone workbook, diabetes undone cookbook, eight laws of health DVD and access to the video course.
