Join the Kalkaska County Library for this new tech help workshop: Internet Safety for Beginners! The internet can be a dangerous place, especially if you don’t know what to watch out for. From scams to ads to viruses to data security, being safe online is no joking matter. Join us for this free class on protecting yourself online, designed for beginners and make sure your information is safe as you browse the web. Pre-registration is required. To sign up, please visit the library or call 231-258-9411. No devices are required to attend this workshop, but you may bring your laptop to follow along. The class meets from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m, at Railroad Square in Kalkaska.
