On Friday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. at NMC come and learn the science of making maple syrup. By learning both traditional and modern methods. Tap into the science of maple syrup production, tree identification, equipment needs and instructions for small scale DIY projects. Discover the art of tapping maple trees. You must register through NMC Extended Education. By going to NMC Extended Education. The second class will be held on Friday, Feb. 28 at 1 p.m. and Grass River Natural Area.
