Tire recycling event

A tire recycling event will be held Saturday, July 27 from 8 a.m. until noon at the Kalkaska County Recycling Center. The event is for Kalkaska County residents only. Ten residential tires (on or off rim) per resident may be dropped off free. No large equipment tires will be accepted. To find out more, call 231-384-1304 or stop by the Recycling Center at 904 Island Lake Road.
