(Take off Pounds Sensibly) will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 18 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Central Lake Public Library. Cost is $5 per month. Get the support and incentive to take off those extra pounds. You pick what type of diet you want to be on.
