Alden has a Halloween celebration that has become a tradition. Sprigs N Sprouts Preschool will hold its annual Trunk or Treat event at the Alden United Methodist Church parking lot on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Church members and daycare families will be ready with open trunks and lots of goodies. Those who would like to share their trunks can register by email at sprigspreschool@gmail.com. The church is located at 9015 Helena Road.
