Join the Kalkaska Conservation District for a full moon evening hike on Wednesday, January 11. Meet at Smith Lake Road NW, 1 mile north of Island Lake Road, at the intersection of the TC to K Trail (former NCT route) at 6 p.m. Look for the Conservation District event signs and the blue blazes. We will hike/snowshoe/xc ski 1.75 miles east to Smith Lake depending on the trail conditions. This is a snow or shine event unless a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect.
