The Bellaire Chamber of Commerce is asking all businesses and residents to light up Bellaire during the month of December. For businesses, decorate your store-front windows for a chance to win a first place chamber membership with additional prizes for second and third place. Displays should be up no later than Dec. 5 and the winner will be announced on Tuesday, Dec. 29.
