On Saturday, Sept. 24 the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its Annual Harvest Festival in downtown Bellaire from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Scarecrows, art and crafts, live music, food truck rally, pie eating contest, pumpkin painting at the library.
