Rapid City Heritage Festival presents Torch Lake Cruisers Car Show Motorcycles & Trucks on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Freedom Park West in Rapid City. Join other car enthusiasts for a fun day. The show will be located at Freedom Park West along beautiful Rapid River. Judging will take place with awards presented at 2:45 p.m. Torch Lake Cruise afterwards.
