The Upper Torch Lake Association (UTLA) will host the monthly potluck dinner on Monday, Feb. 19 at the Torch Lake Township Community Services Building, 2355 U.S. 31. Bring a favorite non-alcoholic beverage, dish to share or pack your own picnic.
