Central Lake boat parade

There will be a boat parade in Central Lake on Friday, July 3 at 6:30 p.m. Participants will meet at the first cove on the east side of Intermediate Lake, a mile south of the bridge, and will be traveling north toward Central Lake and continue around the lake. Organizers are asking everyone to pass the word around to all their friends and any fellow boaters.

Bell ringers from Elk Rapids Rotary and Elk Rapids Lions Club will be collecting money for The Salvation Army of Petoskey on Friday, July 3 from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the Village Market in Elk Rapids. The Christmas in July event is to provide financial relief to many people struggling from COVID-19 closures.
